At Ledge Top Farm the week of May 31st

Tomatoes, squash and  peppers were planted this week.Peas are getting close to harvest.

Any one that wants to pick up a preorder at Bedford Farmers market will find their order at Pup’s Cider stand.

Megan is the new farmers market representative for Ledge Top Farm. She will be at the Peterborough Market on Wednesday, 3-6 PM and Milford on Saturday from 10-1. If you’re a CSA member please let her know before you order. Please pre-order if at all possible.

What’s available this week:

Green star leaf lettuce $3 each

Spinach $5 per bunch (this may be the last week for spinach)

Scallions $3 per bunch

Salad mix $5 per bunch

Rhubarb $5 per pound

Eggs $7 per dozen

Mint $3 per bunch

Cilantro $3 per bunch

To order:

1. Reply to this email or text your order to 603 620-7302

2. List one item per line with the quantity.

3. Tell us what day and time you can pick up. We want to pick your order just before pick up.

4. Be sure your order is confirmed. If it is not then place your order again

5. Pick your order as close to the time you chose. Farm pick up gets additional discounts.

The helping your neighbor CSA will be starting again this season. This program is to give $20 per week of LTF produce to those who can’t afford to buy it themselves. To sponsor someone for 5 weeks of food for them, send me $100 per person you want to sponsor. I will then let them know that they can pick up $20 of food here at the farm for 5 weeks. A the end of the 5 weeks you can responsor that family, if you choose. Sponsors will be anonymous as will the receiving family.
