That deep cold on Feb. 4th really did do some damage to the arugula and Tat Soi. We’ll have to wait until the next crop comes in. Lettuces, Kale and collards showed no affect.

Tomato and sweet pepper seeds were started this weekend for greenhouse culture.
We made a new greenhouse within a greenhouse to keep seedling starts warm without heating the whole greenhouse.
Here’s what’s available this week:
Spinach $5 per bunch
Hearty greens $5 per bunch
Salad mix(all cut lettuces) $5 per bunch
