This week our farm fresh eggs will be available for purchase at the Peterborough Farmers Market on Wednesday from 3-5pm, stop by the Pup’s Cider booth to purchase our eggs from Rich.
CSA sign-ups continue year round at Ledge Top Farm. If you have any friends or neighbors who might be interested in trying out our CSA program, send them our way! You can always add more money to a CSA account at any point in the season. Some reasons to join Ledge Top’s CSA:
- Complete flexibility in when you order, what produce you get, and how much money you put in
- Pick up your orders at the farm 7 days a week, or at the Bedford, Peterborough or Milford farmers markets in the summer
- When you pick up an order at the farm, you get $1 off every $10 you order
- Never have to remember to bring cash or a check for your orders or worry about your favorites selling out at a market before you get there

Happy February! Lots of work starts this month to ensure a strong season of growing. We will begin growing all of our starts for onions, peppers, tomatoes, celery, and leeks in the greenhouse. They will grow and be transplanted for months until they are ready to hit the ground out in the fields come May.
Here’s what’s available this week:
Eggs $7 per dozen
Garlic $1 per head
To place your order, email tom.mitchell9@icloud.com or drewltf@icloud.com with a list of what you would like, and the date and time you will pick up. You will receive a reply when your order is confirmed. If you do not hear back within a few hours, please email us again to confirm. Due to freezing weather, orders for pickup must be placed for after 11am.
