Ledge Top Farm is looking for help for the upcoming growing season! Farm work positions typically start up in May and run through the end of the summer. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to learn the ropes of organic growing and regenerative agriculture. If you or anyone you know would be interested please have them email Tom or Drew.
A reminder that CSA sign ups are open all year long. You can choose to add money onto your account at any time in the season and start spending whenever you’d like. We are only 6 weeks away from the first Peterborough farmers market of the season!
This week we have more fresh greens available for order. Hearty greens mix is a blend of arugula, mizuna, tatsoi, baby kale, and red mustard greens perfect for salads or sauteeing in a stir fry. Tokyo bekana is a very mild asian green with soft, vibrant leaves and a crunchy stem. We also have cherry belle radishes available for $3 per bunch.
Despite the snow this week, we still have summer on the mind on The Ledge. We will be starting our sweet pepper, jalapeño, and tomato starts this week. This year we are growing a few new slicing tomato varieties that we are excited for you to try!

Radishes $3 per bunch
Tokyo bekana $3 per bunch
To place your order, email tom.mitchell9@icloud.com or drewltf@icloud.com with a list of what you would like, and the date and time you will pick up. You will receive a reply when your order is confirmed. If you do not hear back within a few hours, please email us again to confirm. Due to freezing weather, orders for pickup must be placed for after 11am.
