We had a great week of production on The Ledge this week! Lots of sunlight and warmer temps are helping increase productivity on the farm. We are expecting some strong growth throughout the month of march, so look out for new items as they become available. Our first farmer’s market of the season is a month away and we’re excited to get back out there and see all our customers! Now is a great time to consider joining the Ledge Top CSA program, you’ll never have to remember to bring money for your produce and we guarantee your satisfaction with every order.

Arugula $5 per bunch
Hearty greens mix $5 per bunch
Lettuce mix $5 per bunch
Spinach $5 per bunch
Kale $4 per bunch
Swiss chard $4 per bunch
Parsley $4 per bunch (1-2 bunches only)
Radishes $3 per bunch (1-2 bunches only)

Preparations for the spring and summer are coming along well. We now have starts germinating for red and yellow onions, red russian kale, collards, red and rainbow swiss chard, snap peas, and sweet peppers, with many more to come throughout the season. We may even be able to dig into the ground at the farm in the next month, barring any severe weather. Keep following along to see how Ledge Top preps for a busy summer season!
