It is with a heavy heart that I share that I will be leaving my position as farm manager at Ledge Top Farm next week to accept a new position working in agricultural research and will be moving to Boston. It has been an honor providing the Ledge Top community with fresh produce each week and helping to shape the farm into what it is today. I have learned so much from Tom and all of you and will always cherish the years I got to spend on such a special farm with such great people.

Ledge Top Farm is now actively seeking a new farm manager to take over immediately and work throughout the season. The farm manager position is a great way to get full time hands on experience working in regenerative agriculture. The operations of the farm will continue as usual, all CSA orders should be sent to Tom and can always be picked up at the farm or farmers markets once they start up.
Happy daylight savings! We hope everyone is enjoying the warm weather and later sunsets. Lots of options for fresh veggies available this week! Fresh, vibrant Tokyo bekana is perfect for salad or stir fry. Delicious red radishes with a mild flavor and great crunch. Green garlic is ready, it is similar to a spring onion, but with a strong garlic flavor! Use the white bottom just like you would clove garlic and the lighter green tops as a flavorful garnish.
This little taste of the spring to come is much needed on the farm. We finished raspberry pruning last week and have lots of veggies growing and on the way. Come spring, we will have red russian kale, spinach, french breakfast radishes, romaine lettuce, green leaf lettuce, salad mix, and more available for order or pickup at the Peterborough market in April!
