Last week’s rain has melted away the snow, allowing us to resume field work. We are planting beets, carrots, snap and shell peas, turnips, radishes, collards, and swiss chard seeded and ready to grow. The garlic is growing and looking better every day.
Production in the greenhouses has been strong.
Radishes have been growing beautifully this season.
Hearty greens ready for order this week as well.
Our largest crop of spinach ever. And it’s on sale this week too!
