Here’s what’s available this week:
Cilantro $3 per bunch
Kale $4 per bunch (limited quantity, first come basis)
Parsley $4 per bunch (limited quantity, first come basis)
To place your order, email [email protected] or [email protected] with a list of what you would like, and the date and time you will pick up. You will receive a reply when your order is confirmed. Due to freezing weather orders must be placed for pickup after 11am.
Due to the snow, we will not be accepting orders for pickup today, 02/16.
CSA memberships are open all year long. At Ledge Top we:
- always grow our produce from non-gmo organic seeds
- never using chemical pesticides or fertilizers
- implement no-till and regenerative growing methods to uphold the integrity and health of the soil and environment we grow in
February is really living up to its reputation as the snowiest month! Another large storm up on the farm today. Growth is still looking good in the greenhouses, spinach and other greens grow well in these temperatures and it is showing. We have some items available for order in very small quantities this week, first come first serve basis so put your orders in early!
