Francestown Community market last market is October 28th.
Peterborough market goes through October.
Pick up here at the farm goes on as long as it’s light enough to see and we have produce.
Here’s what growing:
Tomatoes: Beefsteak, a few plum tomatoes $4 per pound
Collards $4 per bunch
Kale $4 per bunch
Raspberries $4 per box (these are fading fast)
Garlic $1 per ounce, most 2+ ounces
Arugula $4 per bunch
Basil $4 per bunch
Swiss Chard $4 per bunch
Purple beans $2 per bunch
Cherry tomatoes $3 per box, red or yellow(u-pick available)
Delicata squash $2 each, damaged $1 each
Sweet red peppers, some bell shape mostly banana shape $2 each or $4 per pound
Eggplant $2 each or $4 per pound
Red cayenne peppers(red rocket) $3 per box
Butternut squash $2 per pound, $2 to $10 each, if damaged by deer $1 each.
Tatsoi $3 per bunch
Acorn squash $2 each
Water cress $4 per bunch
Cucumber slicer type $1 each
Watermelon $5 each
Farmers markets this week are in Peterborough Wednesday, 3-6 PM, Francestown Friday 4-6:30 and Milford Saturday 10-1 PM.
CSA members should order ahead 24-36 hours to pick up at Milford Farmers market. You will not be getting just picked produce.
You can always pick up at the farm. Email or text your order and wait for confirmation and then pick up at the time you want.
