Happy June everyone! A little colder on the farm this past week, but we are expecting warmer temps this coming week. Winter squash and sweet potatoes are going in the ground now. Potatoes are growing great this year, we are expecting an excellent crop around July. Lettuces are growing beautifully right now as well.

We will still have tomato starts available for purchase this week, it’s not too late yet to get started on your garden and try your hand in growing some of your favorite varieties from Ledge Top. All of our tomato starts are grown to organic standards from organic certified, non-GMO seeds.

It was great to see everyone out at the first Milford market of the season this weekend. We are now in our usual market schedule for the season; we will be in Peterborough on Wednesday from 3-6pm, in Francestown on Friday from 4-6:30pm, and in Milford on Saturday from 10am-1pm.
