Another beautiful week at Ledge Top Farm! The strong sun and warm temps this past week has yielded heavy production for us and we are heading into the spring with a strong crop of veggies. Our first round of early carrots have been seeded outside and we continue to work prepping our fields for the spring. 

We are very excited to be joining the Peterborough Farmers Market indoors this Wednesday from 3-5pm at the community center. Come stop by to say hello and check out our array of produce. The first outdoor market of the season is just a few weeks away on April 3rd and we can’t wait to be back out in the community for another great season.

 

In the meantime, here’s what’s available this week:

Arugula $5 per bunch

Hearty greens mix $5 per bunch

Lettuce mix $5 per bunch

Green leaf lettuce $3 per head

Beta mix $5 per bunch

Spinach $5 per bunch

Kale $4 per bunch

Swiss chard $4 per bunch

Parsley $4 per bunch 

Cilantro $3 per bunch

Micro-chickweed microgreens $3 per bunch

  • A list of the produce and the quantity you’d like
  • The date and time you would like to pick up
  • Please wait for a confirmation email before coming to pick up your order
