Lots of progress on The Ledge in the past few weeks. Potatoes have begun to grow already, carrots and beets seeded last month are up, and the ground has been prepped for tomatoes and peppers to go in at the end of the month. Each week brings more and more growth and more excitement for the season.
Rhubarb is back! Beautiful red color, great flavor, and an early season favorite. $4 per bunch (1lb bunches) available this week.

Farmers market season continues to pick up. We will be in Peterborough this Wednesday from 3-6pm and Francestown on Friday from 4-6:30pm.
Milford farmers market will begin Saturday June 1 from 10am-1pm.
