Happy Thanksgiving everyone! This time of the year we are giving thanks for your support and faith in our farm. We know it’s inconvenient sometimes to go to a small farm like ours for your vegetables, so we continue our pledge to grow you the best organic produce we can. Ledge Top Farm hopes your Thanksgiving is great! Here’s what you need to know this week:
Orders:
- No orders for pickup on Thursday, Thanksgiving day, this week; pickup is available any day the rest of the week
- Due to freezing temperatures in the morning, orders must be placed for a pickup time after 10am
- All orders for the weekend should be sent to Tom directly at [email protected] or text (603)620-7302
Farmers Markets:
- There is no Peterborough farmers market this week, we will be back Wednesday 12/04
Fall Veggies:
- Beautiful fall crop of tuscan (or dino) kale available now! More tender leaf texture than traditional kale with a slightly nutty flavor
- Fresh italian flat leaf parsley available for all your thanksgiving fare! $4 per bunch
- Lots of great white Kennebec potatoes, perfect for mashing and roasting
- Some items that have been offered in past weeks might be available in small quantities, shoot us an email if you are looking for something specific

Hungarian hot wax peppers $4 per box
Jalapeño peppers $4 per box
Tuscan kale $4 per bunch
Curly kale $4 per bunch
Lettuce, green leaf $3 per head, 2 for $5
Lettuce, romaine $4 per head
Parsley $4 per bunch
Potatoes, red chieftain $4 per lb
Potatoes, kennebec $4 per lb
Salad mix $5 per bunch
Sweet green peppers $1 per pepper
Tokyo bekana $3 per bunch
