Happy Sunday everyone. Exciting news, we will be at the Bedford Farmers Market this Tuesday from 3-6pm selling our produce! The Bedford market is located in the parking lot at Murphy’s Taproom right off rt 101 in Bedford. Stop in and check out what we’ve got going on!
What a nice little last hurrah of summer weather we got this week. Even though September is in full swing now and fall is on everyone’s mind, the abundance of harvest season is still not over on The Ledge. We have plenty of great, naturally grown produce available and lots more still on the way. Our winter squash crop is producing beautifully with plenty of butternut, delicata, acorn squash, and sugar pumpkins coming in and many more on the way. We have damaged winter squash that are available for order as well, these squash have minor cosmetic damages that don’t affect the quality of the produce within. Inquire about picking up some damaged squash when you place your order.
It was the year of sweet peppers on the farm! The intense heat this summer wasn’t great for everything, but our pepper crop sure loved it. We have beautiful and large sweet red, yellow, and green peppers available; perfect for stuffed peppers! We have gotten rave reviews of the peppers all season long, get some while they’re at their peak.

Come visit us at the Bedford farmers market on Tuesday from 3-6pm, the Peterborough farmers market on Wednesday from 3-6pm, or the Milford farmers market on Saturday from 10am-1pm this week! Although we had initially intended on being able to guest vend at the Francestown farmers market two more times this season, the market has made the decision not to have us back, so we will not be in Francestown in September or October. Orders can still always be placed for pickup at the farm in Wilton!
