January 30th at Ledge Top Farm

The greenhouses are starting to show signs of increased growth. Most seeds have arrived for the next season. Planting schedules are set. Just waiting for the snow to disappear and the ground to warm. The first farmers market is only 2 months away.

Here’s what’s growing but supplies are short:

Spinach $5 per bunch

Salad mix $5 per bunch

Tat Soi  $3 per bunch

Arugula $4 per bunch.

Hearty greens $5 per bunch

Pick up at the farm is the only way to get vegetables right now. You can order by email or text. Tell me what you want and when you can pick up. Wait for a confirmation. I put the items in a small red cooler in the driveway with your receipt. If you’re using your CSA credit the balance will be written under your name. If you are a cash customer there will be a container there for your exact change.
