Cool nighttime temperatures are slowing the ripening of tomatoes and peppers. Raspberries are starting to run out.

Spinach loves this weather so we hope to see increased production. Right now we are only harvesting a few pounds a week.
The Milford market is announcing indoor market will held in the town hall auditorium starting on Nov. 6th. We plan to have greens ready for as many markets as we can.
What makes our Special lettuce Mix(now called Restaurant Lettuce Mix) so special is that we select the crispest lettuces to go into the mix for that extra crunch. We also have the baby lettuce mix, which are softer varieties.
Our “Hardy Greens Mix” has 5 varieties of Asian greens: Arugula, Tatsoi, Kale, Mizuna, Red Mustard. These are all baby leaves, mild but a little zing.
Upcoming: Sweet potatoes and Brussels Sprouts
