Thanks so much to the sponsors for this seasons “Helping neighbor CSA” . We have 5 sponsors so far, so 5 families are getting $20 per week for 5 weeks of LTF produce. We have more  families asking to be a part of this, so more sponsors are needed. If you want to sponsor a family for 5 weeks at $20 per week, send $100 to Ledge Top Farm 487 Center Road.

Salad mix $5 per bunch
Arugula $5 per bunch
Hearty Greens $5 per bunch
Leaf lettuce $3 each
Romaine $4 each
Rhubarb $5 per pound
Eggs $7 per dozen
Raspberries $5 per box
Snap peas $7 per pint (1/2 pound)
Kale (curly, red Russian, or tuscan) $5 per bunch (12 ounces)
Chard $5 per bunch
Garlic scapes $3 per bunch
Basil $5 per bunch
Parsley $4 per bunch
Dill $3 per bunch
To order:
1. Reply to this email or text 603 620-7302.
2. List one item per line with the quantity.
3. Tell me the day and time you want to pick up. We try to pick just before you will pick up.
4. Wait for conformation so you know we got your order. This is usually in minutes.
5. Pick up at the time you choose.
We will be at the Peterborough Farmers Market Wednesday from 3-6 PM at the bowling Acres parking lot on Elm Street.
We will be at the Milford Farmers Market Saturday 10-1pm at 300 Elm st. Milford.
All LTF products are guaranteed. If you don’t like the produce you got from us, then we will refund your purchase or advance you credit for it. We attempt to pick the best we can grow and get it to you.

Raspberries are ripening. There are a few boxes available but next week there should be plenty.

If you want to sponsor a family for the “helping CSA”, Please send in your gift to the address below. I will then contact the the family so they can pick up $20 in produce per week from our farm for as long as your donation lasts.
Another way to give is to work on the farm and your pay will go towards helping these families. That way you don’t have to provide any of your own money, you can just provide your labor.

Red and green scallions $4 per bunch

3. Provide the time and day want to pick up. In this heat it’s not good to have order sit out too long.
4. BE sure to get a confirm notice so you know we still have what you want.
5. Pick up your order as close to your pick up time as possible.
We will be at the Peterborough FM on Wednesday 3-6 PM and the Milford FM Saturday from 10-1pm. CSA orders can be picked up there but please preorder so it will be ready for you.

The helping neighbor CSA is forming now. If you would like to sponsor a family that would like to have Ledge Top vegetables, then send a $100 check to the address at the end of the email. We use this funds to support $20 in LTF vegetables each weeks for 5 weeks. Those families come up to the farm to pick up their orders. Last fall we supported 9 families for 5 weeks.

Raspberries are getting red. Picking may start next week.
Here’s what growing this week:
Salad mix $5 per bunch
Leaf Lettuce $3 each
Hearty greens $5 per bunch(this a non-lettuce mix of brassica greens for salad or stir fry)
Arugula $5 per bunch
Scallions $3 per bunch
Snap peas $7 per pint box(about 8 ounces)
Radishes $3 per bunch
Baby Swiss chard $5 per bunch
Kale $5 per bunch
Dill $3 per bunch
Parsley $3 per bunch
Basil $5 per bunch
To order:

2. State the quantity and name of the item, one item per line.
3. Tell me the place, day, and time your expect to pick up.
4. Be sure your order is confirmed by email of text.

5. Pick up your order at the farm or Farmers market. Since this is a hot week weather wise, try to not let your order sit for too long. We try to pick just before your pick up time. You will receive an additional discount if you choose to pick up at the farm.
